| 15.1 km to 18 km | R600.00 |
| 18.1 km to 20 km | R650.00 |
| 20.1 km to 23 km | R700.00 |
| 23.1 km to 25 km | R750.00 |
| 25.1 km to 27 km | R800.00 |
| 27.1 km to 30 km | R850.00 |
| 30.1 km and above | R850.00 plus R5.00 per km for any additional distance in kilometres |
